Meet Kara Anderson
Kara is relied upon for her exceptional ability to cultivate strong relationships, leverage her extensive HealthTech network, and make precisely tailored matches between clients and candidates. She brings nearly 20 years' experience leading recruitment efforts within her search firm and corporate environments. Kara is chosen to partner with leading companies across the U.S. to ensure talent needs are best met for scaling, growth, and success. She is passionate about the HealthTech industry and thrives on opportunity to improve the healthcare experience for payers, providers, and patients by delivering leaders to positions in which they truly make a difference.
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Kara now resides in St. Petersburg, FL. When she's not headhunting and matchmaking, you'll find her on her boat, enjoying the local food and arts scene, attending a sports event, or traveling.
